It started with ten addresses.
Our firm needed to know whether ten EB-5 project sites qualified as targeted employment areas, the answer that decides whether an investor puts in $800,000 or $1,050,000. Nothing would simply answer it, so we did it one census tract at a time, and ten addresses took an afternoon. Somewhere in the middle of the list it became obvious this was a script. That script still runs today as TEA Vigil.
Then we looked at what else sat in plain sight, unusable. The Visa Bulletin is public, but it is spread across 130 separate pages. USCIS processing times change without notice and keep no history. You can research a question later; you cannot research a number nobody wrote down. So we started writing them down, every day, and that archive became the Data API.
Our practice still ran on two subscriptions that did not talk to each other. In 2026 we built the platform we wanted instead. The forms taught us most: the first one we took apart had field names that lied, a box named for an email that was really a phone number. A form filled by name looks complete and says the wrong thing. So every form was matched to the printed page, box by box, before it was allowed to file anything.
Then we walked a real case through every screen, and fixed what it exposed. We still do. Every new case our firm opens now opens on CaseVigil.

A software company, separate from the law firm.
VisaVigilAI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation founded in August 2026 and owned by its two founders. It is a software company, kept separate from the law firm: Parikh & Prasad practices law, and VisaVigilAI builds and sells the software. A firm that subscribes to CaseVigil contracts with VisaVigilAI and pays VisaVigilAI, never the law firm.
