This notice describes what VisaVigilAI, Inc. ("VisaVigilAI", "we") collects through this website, visavigilai.com, and what we do with it. It is written to match how the site actually works; where the site changes, this notice changes with it.

What This Website Collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no sign-up. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking pixels. If you write to us, your message reaches our mailboxes (rajesh@visavigilai.com, bindi@visavigilai.com and security@visavigilai.com) through Google Workspace and is kept as ordinary business correspondence.

Our web server records the usual request details — IP address, page requested, time, browser type — for security and to keep the site running. Logs are rotated as they grow, and older logs are deleted.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.

The VisaVigil Data API

Access to the Data API is arranged by email. If we set up access for you, we keep the email address and the key together, so the key can be managed and so we can reach you about the service. Requests to the API are logged for security and to keep the service running.

Our Other Products

CaseVigil (casevigil.com) and TEA Vigil (tea.visavigilai.com) have their own sites and their own notices. Information a law firm stores in CaseVigil, including its clients' information, belongs to that firm and is handled under the firm's written agreement with VisaVigilAI, not under this notice.

How We Use Information

To respond to you, to operate and secure this site and the Data API, and to improve what we offer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside VisaVigilAI except the service providers that host this website and deliver and store our email (DigitalOcean and Google Workspace), and where the law requires.

Your Choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to rajesh@visavigilai.com or bindi@visavigilai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
