Security

Your clients' files stay yours.

What CaseVigil does with a firm's data, said plainly, including what we have not done yet.

One firm, one database

Each firm has its own database and its own file store. No firm's data sits in a table another firm's account reads.

Every action recorded

Who opened, changed, sent or signed what, and when, in an audit log built so a changed entry is detectable.

AI is your firm's choice

By default, Vigil runs on CaseVigil's own model and infrastructure. A firm may choose its own model or an outside AI provider instead; an outside provider works only after the firm's administrator acknowledges, in writing, that client documents will go to that provider. The acknowledgement is recorded.

Payments tokenised

Card numbers go to the payment processor and are never stored by CaseVigil.

Not yet: We have not completed a SOC 2 audit, and we say so.
