These terms govern your use of visavigilai.com, including the free tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. A law firm that subscribes to CaseVigil does so under a separate written subscription agreement with VisaVigilAI, and these terms do not govern that use.

Not legal advice

VisaVigilAI, Inc. is a software company. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not give legal advice. Nothing on this site — including the results of the free tools and anything Vigil, the research assistant, produces — is legal advice or a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed attorney. Using this site or sending us a message does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential client information through the demo form or by email before you have an agreement with us.

The free tools

The Priority Date Estimator, CSPA Calculator, USCIS Processing Times, PERM Queue and TEA Checker are informational. They are computed from public U.S. government sources (the Department of State Visa Bulletin, USCIS, the Department of Labor and, for the TEA Checker, the Census Bureau) as those sources were published on the date each result shows. Projections are projections, not official dates. Verify against the official source before relying on any result.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to reach, or use automated means to extract the datasets behind the tools. If you need that data, write to us.

Content and marks

The text, design and screenshots on this site belong to VisaVigilAI, Inc. VisaVigil, VisaVigilAI, CaseVigil and Vigil are marks of VisaVigilAI, Inc. Screenshots show illustrative case data, not real clients.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and the tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VisaVigilAI, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
